The Challenge
The primary challenge was to enhance a SaaS tool's frontend, which was overwhelmed by complex data and a cumbersome user onboarding process. Users found the dashboard difficult to navigate and the onboarding experience inadequate, impacting overall engagement and satisfaction.
The existing dashboard was data-heavy, making it difficult for users to understand and navigate. The lack of clear visual hierarchy and intuitive onboarding meant users struggled to get value from the platform quickly.
The Solution
The goal was to redesign the dashboard to improve usability and visual appeal, using React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript. Key objectives included simplifying the user onboarding process and making the interface more intuitive and responsive.
